designed as an extension to our Antiques business here in East Sussex,
England and our on line Auction business.
We feel that as with most business, the Internet will become an important
factor in selling Antiques as we go into the 21st century, and that whilst
traditional Antique shops and centres will always have an important role,
there is much to be gained for both the buyer and seller from using the Internet.
We have previous experience in the Antique trade having owned
an Antique shop here in East Sussex, and are therefore aware of the value of
meeting customers face to face. However, we have also been very successful
in selling Antiques and collectables not just throughout the UK, but overseas
as well via ebay online.
We are happy to sell to customers whether they visit us at
our store or via the Internet, and we are able to offer a full UK or worldwide
delivery service at less than courier prices, carried out by us personally within
the UK to ensure customer satisfaction and care of handling. For overseas customers we use
a professional shipping company ‘Salmar Shipping’ who offer a comprehensive
service, which includes, packing, shipping and insurance by Lloyds of London.
Payment can be made simply by Visa or MasterCard anywhere, or personal cheque
if in the UK.
We source all of our Antiques and collectables from within
the UK and Europe and many come from house clearances so we do often know much
about the history of the item.
Customer satisfaction is top of our list of priorities, and our feedback from
many ebay customers speaks for itself - please view this for yourself and see
what we mean.
We are continuously buying and selling different Antiques and collectables, and
therefore even if you do not see what you want here today, please look tomorrow
as it may be there by then!
Also, we keep a list of customer requirements on file so that if we obtain an
item for which we have been asked, we can contact the customer first to see if
they are interested in buying it.
All of our items are described as accurately as words can do, and are shown in
quality digital accuracy via our accompanying pictures.
